PadelPlay is a fast-growing sports-tech company helping players understand and improve their game through an AI-powered sensor and app. We give everyday players simple, reliable insights into their performance, from shot distribution to the power of their smashes, so they can get better every time they play.

What Youll Do
As a Business Operations Intern, youll support our team across product development, customer support, data analysis, and internal processes. Youll work closely with founders and team members to help the company run smoothly and grow effectively. You will:

• Assist with product development and operational projects.

• Support customer inquiries and day-to-day operations.

• Analyse data and prepare reports to inform decision-making.

• Help streamline internal processes and documentation.

• Contribute ideas in strategy sessions and team meetings.

• Jump in wherever help is needed, from hands-on tasks to planning initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Were looking for a curious, structured intern whos eager to learn and take ownership:

• HBO or a University student in business-related studies

• Keen to learn, move fast, and take initiative.

• Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities shift quickly.

• Strong communicator who enjoys teamwork and wants to grow in a sports-tech environment.

• Live in Amsterdam/Amstelveen (on-site role).

• Previous experience is a plus, but energy and initiative matter more.
