Salary: PHP 40,000 - PHP 50,000 / month
Job Description:
- Act as the main point of contact for process-related questions and escalations.
- Provide real-time support to agents handling complex or high-level cases.
- Ensure adherence to client policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Monitor team performance and identify knowledge gaps.
- Conduct refresher sessions and process updates when needed.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and QA to address performance trends.
- Participate in client meetings and calibration sessions as required.
- Help update process documentation and knowledge base materials.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required (Health or relevant field is preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership or Senior Staff role focused on team guidance and strategic oversight
- Proficiency with billing software and electronic health records systems
- Knowledge or experience in Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) billing guidelines and regulations is an advantage.
- Previous experience supporting FQHC clinics or similar healthcare settings preferred.
- Someone who doesn't just know the process but knows how to bridge the gap between Team Leaders and QA to drive overall team success.

Employment Options
