Job Description:

As a Subject Matter Expert, you are responsible for the following:

  • Act as the main point of contact for process-related questions and escalations.
  • Provide real-time support to agents handling complex or high-level cases.
  • Ensure adherence to client policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Monitor team performance and identify knowledge gaps.
  • Conduct refresher sessions and process updates when needed.
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders and QA to address performance trends.
  • Participate in client meetings and calibration sessions as required.
  • Help update process documentation and knowledge base materials.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor team performance and identify knowledge gaps.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Health or relevant field is preferred)
  • Proven experience in a leadership or Senior Staff role focused on team guidance and strategic oversight
  • Proficiency with billing software and electronic health records systems
  • Knowledge or experience in FQHC billing guidelines and regulations is an advantage.
  • Previous experience supporting FQHC clinics or similar healthcare settings preferred.
  • Someone who doesn't just know the process, but knows how to bridge the gap between Team Leaders and QA to drive overall team success.
