Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant/Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the executive leadership of the India Delivery Center. This role is key to ensuring the efficient operation of the office, enabling the Managing Director to focus on strategic initiatives and high-level management tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and project management, and will be capable of handling sensitive information while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the Managing Director.

- Track and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring that project milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration on key projects.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

- MBA in Finance or Marketing from a reputed B-School.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment or consulting firm.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
