About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven QA Lead with a strong foundation in automation frameworks and testing strategies to lead quality initiatives across our healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate brings technical depth, domain understanding, and hands-on experience in building scalable, efficient QA practices within Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of test strategies with a primary focus on automated test coverage for UI, API, and backend components.
  • Build and maintain robust, reusable test frameworks to support ongoing development and release cycles.
  • Define and enforce quality standards and processes across projects, driving early defect detection and consistent delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with product, development, and DevOps teams to ensure testability, reliability, and performance of releases.
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and monitor quality metrics to identify improvement areas.
  • Participate in sprint planning, story grooming, and all phases of the software development lifecycle to embed a quality-first approach.
  • Apply healthcare domain knowledge to validate critical user journeys and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6-9 years of experience in software testing, with a significant portion spent on test automation.
  • Strong command of tools such as playwright, cypress, or similar frameworks.
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming (e.G., Javascript, typescript, python, or java).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as jenkins, gitlab CI, or azure devops.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle management, and risk-based testing approaches.
  • Experience working in Agile teams, collaborating across geographies and time zones.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, compliance standards, and working with US/UK clients.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Define and drive quality metrics, processes, and standards
  • Define test scope, objectives, timelines, resource needs, and risk assessments for each project
  • Perform hands-on testing when needed, especially during high-risk or critical releases
