QA SE/SSE/ Lead

Job Title: Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer/ Tech Lead Quality Assurance
Experience: 2 to 7 years

Job Description:
We are seeking a QA professional with 2 to 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with strong expertise in the US/UK healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing using Playwright, Cypress and Selenium a solid understanding of Agile methodology, and a track record of working with US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Apply strong understanding of QA concepts, methodologies, and processes in day-to-day project activities.
• Design and execute effective manual and automation test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform thorough testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright or Cypress.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Engage with US clients as part of regular project communication.

Required Skills:

• 2 - 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong domain expertise in US/UK Healthcare (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress and Selenium for test automation (mandatory).
• Strong experience in Agile methodology.
• Exposure to working directly with US clients.
• Solid knowledge of manual testing practices and test case design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Must have:

-For Automation: Selenium with Java, Cypress, Playwright, JMeter, Postman, RestAPI (Must have experience with automation tools)- For database testing: SQL, PostgreSQL, Agile methodology

-For Manual: Functional testing in the core healthcare domain

-Good verbal and written communication skills are a must
