Join as Employee #3: Hands-on technical leader owning architecture in a back-end leaning full-stack role. Drive 0-1 scaling with AI tools for transformative features.

Key Responsibilities

• Ship full-stack features (Go/TypeScript) at velocity, owning end-to-end from conception to deployment.
• Lead architectural decisions, balancing speed/scalability; establish AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Collaborate with founders/customers on solutions; shape culture, recruit/mentor team.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years full-stack engineering with leadership; VC-backed startup scaling (seed-Series B); AI project experience.
• High agency, self-driven; thrives in fast-paced ownership environments.
• CS undergrad preferred; no FAANG-only or front-end focus; stable history.
• Passion for AI experimentation; NYC in-office 3+ days/week.

Compensation

• Salary: $180K-$250K
• Equity: 1-3%
• Bonus: 17.5% first-year
• Hybrid: 3+ days NYC
