As a Customer Operations Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to provide timely updates, route customer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently
- Support the optimization of AI models by updating, cleansing, validating, and analyzing data, ensuring high accuracy and relevancy while applying a mix of technical expertise and human judgment
- Analyze and maintain customer datasets to drive actionable insights, support algorithm improvements, and enable data driven decision making
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer data and system issues, providing clear communication and timely solutions
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards and visualizations for internal and client use
- Provide after-hours or weekend support as part of a rotating team schedule (if required)
Experience and Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ yearsof experience in data analysis/operations in the software/tech sector
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Technical proficiency in software systems, web operations, data management, and problem-solving
- Adaptability and eagerness to thrive in a high-growth environment
