Set the direction for TICRA's commercial growth

As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will report directly to the CEO, taking responsibility for driving global commercial growth across the company's highly specialized engineering simulation and design software portfolio. The role is primarily focused on strengthening TICRA's direct sales efforts and driving a more proactive approach to engaging both existing and new customers globally. You will expand existing customer relationships through cross- and upselling while developing new customer opportunities in TICRA's key markets across the globe. In a technically complex environment with long sales cycles, you will establish a structured sales approach with clear pipeline management and forecasting. You will lead and develop a highly specialized sales and marketing team, ensure strong collaboration between commercial and technical functions, and work closely with product teams to support the successful commercialization of TICRA's solutions. In addition, you will strengthen marketing's contribution to sales, support the development of pricing and licensing models, and expand TICRA's global reach through distribution partners and strategic collaborations.

Commercial Sales Leader with strong technical insight

To succeed in this role, you bring a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering sales results within engineering software, advanced technical solutions, or other complex B2B environments. You create results both by leading and inspiring your team as well as through direct engagement with key accounts. As a salesperson at heart, you combine commercial drive with the ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value. You are comfortable developing and executing go-to-market strategies and engaging with senior stakeholders in technically demanding markets. Experience with channel management and building partnerships that support international growth is an advantage, and you communicate and negotiate confidently in English.
