Legal Counsel

Join a business-oriented and growing legal team in a global life-sciences company and take a key role in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements that enable Pharmacosmos' growth across borders.

Contracts and commercial support to the business
As Legal Counsel at Pharmacosmos, you will be a hands-on commercial lawyer and a close sparring partner to the business. You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad portfolio of agreements supporting Pharmacosmos' commercial and operational activities, including supply and manufacturing, development and technical, sales and distribution, and services and consultancy agreements, often with an international and cross-border dimension, including supporting international subsidiaries and working with external counsel when needed. You will run contracts end to end, from first draft and negotiation strategy through execution, and ensure clear, consistent documentation with balanced risk allocation. You will advise stakeholders on practical options and trade-offs, help remove bottlenecks, and support projects by identifying key legal issues early and translating them into workable solutions in close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Legal professional experienced in commercial contracts
You hold a relevant legal degree (e.g., cand.jur., cand.merc.jur., or equivalent) and have 5 years of relevant experience from a law firm and/or an in-house legal function. You are confident leading contract negotiations, translating legal risk into business decisions, and advising stakeholders with different priorities and time horizons. Experience from a regulated industry is not required, but it is an advantage. In any event, you must be comfortable operating in a regulated environment and able to quickly build a solid understanding of the company's products, processes, and risk profile.

You communicate with clarity, transparency, and honesty, including in situations where perspectives may differ. With a high sense of ownership, you take responsibility for tasks and proactively drive matters forward to completion, ensuring consistent progress and reliable follow-through.
