Shape GANNI's global logistics for the future
As Global Logistics Director at GANNI, you will be based at the HQ in Copenhagen and report directly to COO Karolin Stjerna and take full ownership of global logistics operations across all regions and channels. You will lead and develop a dedicated, high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your role will be central in shaping and executing GANNI's logistics setup to support continued international growth, with a strong focus on cost-efficiency, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainability. You will oversee the daily movement of goods from distribution centers to customers across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale, ensuring efficient flows while continuously optimizing processes. This includes driving automation, improving packaging and handling to elevate the customer experience, managing the global logistics budget, optimizing duty spend, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations, and cultivating strong relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure performance and cost-effectiveness. You will also lead the implementation of digital tools to enhance operational visibility, data accuracy, and decision-making, while collaborating closely with Merchandising, Commercial, Supply Chain Planning, Production, and Customer Service to align logistics with broader business priorities. A key part of your mandate will be embedding sustainability across logistics operations, from packaging and transport choices to return flows, reducing environmental impact aligned with GANNI's ambitions.

Global logistics leader with strategic and operational excellence
You hold a relevant academic degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field, and bring extensive experience in global logistics and distribution, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods. You have a proven track record of managing complex, international operations, working with 3PL providers, customs brokers, and carriers, and leading cross-regional and cross-functional teams across cultures and time zones. You combine deep knowledge of customs regulations and international trade with strong budget management skills, ensuring financial discipline without compromising service levels. Analytical and data-driven, you are confident working with ERP systems, WMS, and reporting tools, and have contributed to scaling logistics in a fast-growing, omnichannel brand. Personally, you are a strong communicator and negotiator who leads by example, inspires trust, and thrives in dynamic environments, bringing structure, clarity, and a pragmatic, action-oriented mindset.
