Build long-term relationships and partnerships while driving sales
As Key Account Manager (KAM) in Sweden, you will report directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing Nordics and be responsible for prompting Almirall's immunology medicines to help solve pertinent problems while driving sales. You will contribute with the understanding of customers' needs and challenges in order to provide collaborative solutions and build mutually beneficial relationships with key external stakeholders and decision-makers in the Swedish regions. In the role, you will be in charge of implementing the omnichannel sales and marketing strategy executed in close collaboration with marketing and compliance. Producing account plans aligned to company objectives, incorporating strategy, tactics, and SMART objectives will also be on your agenda. Altogether, it will be your primary task to be an expert in Almirall's medicines and develop an appreciation of the external environment in which Almirall competes as well as share best practice between territories to accelerate the uptake of learnings.
Experienced sales profile with scientific knowledge
For this role, it is expected that you hold a degree within a relevant scientific education, e.g., Nursing, Medicine, Pharma, or Biotechnology. You have extensive sales experience within the hospital sector and have acquired deep knowledge of public procurement proceedings and contracting management. It is essential that you possess knowledge of the Swedish healthcare institutions (national, regional, and local), in which you can build relationships with specialists and relevant stakeholders. As a person, you are pragmatic, organized, and goal orientated. You enjoy spending your working time in-field and can navigate across many stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
