Lead cross-functional collaborations with CDMOs
As a result of an increasing global demand for Bavarian Nordics vaccines, the external manufacturing business area is growing rapidly, and they are looking for an External Manufacturing Lead to join their growing Operations team. In this position, you will be assigned one or two CDMOs, with which you will lead a successful partnership by driving implementation and life cycle management activities. As the project leader, you will work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., manufacturing development, QA, QC, RA, Legal & Finance) and act as the key responsible for the overall coordination and communication with the CDMOs to ensure that production activities are executed in accordance with project- and production plans. Likewise, you will develop a KPI system and reporting processes as well as review and approve project- and operations documents. Finally, you will oversee that QMS systems are in place and ensure that relevant requirements are implemented.

Aspiring project manager with GMP manufacturing experience
You are expected to hold a relevant M.Sc. degree combined with experience from the pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical or biotech industry, in which you have gained insights into manufacturing processes. As such, you can come from various positions within production support, engineering, project management, process development, etc., and now you are ready to take the lead in planning and organizing a project team to ensure that important information is shared with key stakeholders and deadlines are met. Personally, you are a natural collaborator, who knows how to navigate across cultures as well as at all business levels. To succeed in this role, you need a customer-oriented mindset, commercial edge, and excellent stakeholder management- and coordination skills.
