Manage the national sales initiatives
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager and as part of a sales organization consisting of approx. 5 FTE, you will be responsible for the execution of the sales strategy and driving sales into public and private hospitals in your territory. You will manage all sales initiatives through the national and regional structures including customer mapping, segmentation and targeting, sales cycle planning, marketing material engagements, and regional market access initiatives. Furthermore, you will attend exhibitions, scientific congresses, and internal business meetings when requested and ensure product training with new accounts.

Sales-driven profile from the pharma industry
We expect you to have a higher education in the relevant field combined with experience from the pharma industry, where you have gained strong experience in sales processes and models. You understand the market access environment and the needs of external and internal stakeholders.

Furthermore, you have good clinical and scientific understanding, and you have a strong network with healthcare professionals in private and public hospitals.

As a person, you have an entrepreneurial mindset, blending dynamism, a hands-on approach, and a focus on results. You have excellent project management skills, enabling independent work and a high personal drive. Your knack for analysis, communication, and strategic thinking sets you apart, as does your proactive, team-oriented attitude. With a natural ability to build networks and influence stakeholders, you're a proactive team player with a winning mindset. Finally, you are fluent in English and Danish, spoken and written.
