Provide daily support to production

As Process Specialist in Croda, you will become part of a team of 13 employees dedicated to Production Support. You will have a key role in fulfilling this department's mission of ensuring lean cGMP-compliant processes for an effective and optimal production of adjuvants for important life-changing vaccines. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize processes, procedures, and equipment and find solutions with the use of LEAN tools in order to ensure that Croda can successfully manufacture and deliver products to its customers on time. In addition to the above, you will be part of a number of internal and cross-functional projects related to Production Support and various validation- and optimization projects. More specifically, your tasks will include handling of non-conformities, implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and incident processing. You will write change requests and implement actions, update and document SOPs and carry out validation/qualification activities. Furthermore, you will participate in small and large projects related to aseptic filling. Finally, you will have a close collaboration with Environmental Monitoring Specialists, Filling Operators along with a number of other internal stakeholders.

Strong process specialist with experience in a regulated production environment

You have a relevant technical education in pharma technology, chemical or process engineering, microbiologist or other similar fields of study. You have experience with hands-on production support in a GMP manufacturing company within industries such as Pharma or Medical Devices. Furthermore, you have knowledge and experience within aseptic filling and preferably environmental monitoring. To succeed in this role, you possess a project-oriented work approach and thrive working with systematic problem-solving and working in cross-functional teams. You have a strong understanding of LEAN methods and production-related IT equipment, which are a fundamental part of Croda's manufacturing processes. In addition, you have a high proficiency in professional English and Danish.

As a person, you are outgoing and proactive with a strong drive, who enjoys interacting with people at all levels inside and outside the organization. You are good at finding new creative solutions to problems while at the same time working within a given framework. You have a can-do attitude to executing and are a natural finisher. Further, you have the ability to maintain a good overview while diving into details and being analytical when necessary. You are a flexible person, who performs well in a dynamic environment and is quick to adapt to changing priorities. In addition, you have excellent collaboration and communication skills.
