In-Field Medical Advisor Nordics

Provide medical and scientific expertise across the Nordic region to support the development and market access of life-changing medicines within dermatology

Hybrid role with a focus on in-field activities
As In-Field Medical Advisor, you will provide medical and scientific expertise to support the development, launch, and market access of two new therapies within the Dermatologic field. It is a hybrid role with an in-field focus, which means a great variety of responsibilities working both locally in Norway and across the Nordics on both in-field and internal medical advisor tasks.

In the in-field role, you will build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, share scientific information and engage with, educate, and create advocacy among HCPs, thought leaders, nurses, and other decision-makers. You will also represent Almirall at scientific meetings, conferences, and advisory boards. Internally, you will be involved in cross-functional work in Denmark and Sweden as well as taking on cross-Nordic projects and internal medical advisor tasks.

Finally, you will deliver scientific updates and ensure adequate training of the field force and other relevant colleagues. Setting up, coordinating, and implementing medical projects such as RWE-generation and Investigator initiated studies in Norway and in the Nordics will also be on your main agenda.

Scientific and outgoing profile medical affairs profile
For this role, it is expected that you hold a relevant degree in life sciences as well as scientific experience, e.g., in clinical research. You have experience working in-field with medical affairs in a pharmaceutical company, where you have gained knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas, healthcare regulations, and compliance rules in the Nordic countries. You show the ability to lead projects from planning, execution to termination and establish a strong scientific partnership with Medical Experts and relevant stakeholders. You have strong communication skills in one of the Scandinavian languages and English, where you excel in interpreting, discussing, and presenting scientific and clinical efficacy and safety data.
