Execute the Nordic marketing strategy
As Nordic Brand Manager at Almirall, you will combine strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality to achieve the ambitious goals of building a strong portfolio with a focus on dermatology. Reporting to the Nordic Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Nordic marketing strategy. In the role, you will execute the regional marketing plan for assigned products in line with global & local brand team guidance. In this regard, you will develop local promotional, informational, and educational materials and programs in collaboration with the global brand team, supporting the brand and customer needs. Defining and implementing omnichannel marketing in collaboration with global and local stakeholders, brand forecasting and demand planning, and managing the brand A&P budget will also be on your agenda. Finally, you will be in charge of liaising with relevant stakeholders and continuously evaluating relevant developments and changes in the market to identify new opportunities.
Strong marketeer within Life Sciences
For this role, it is expected that you hold a relevant degree, e.g., in Marketing/Business Administration, and you possess strong theoretical insights and a solid toolbox within marketing. You have experience working within the pharmaceutical field, e.g., as brand/product manager, from which you have been engaged in all aspects of planning and implementing a brand strategy and with budget management. It is essential that you have proven relationship-building skills and knowledge of the Nordic Health Care Compliance rules. Personally, you have a can-do attitude and a drive for results, a creative and innovative approach towards business challenges, and being a team player comes to you naturally. Moreover, you have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages, both written and orally.
