As Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy and lifecycle, ensuring Pascal's offerings surpass industry standards. Working with project teams, you will oversee all Product Management tasks, adhering to the stage gate model for innovation. Closely collaborating with R&D, Operations, and Sales, you will guarantee Pascal remains at the forefront, delivering tailored solutions. Additionally, the role encompasses managing the entire product journey, from conception to end-of-life, while leading product training sessions to empower colleagues, acting as a Product Lifecycle Guru. You will spearhead the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, crafting compelling strategies with ROI planning. Moreover, you will gather market insights, translating data into actionable strategies and staying updated through industry events.

Audio expert with deep industry knowledge

We expect you to hold a relevant bachelor's degree (or equivalent) as well as extensive expertise in professional audio product management, providing you with a deep understanding of the industry's nuances and demands. Moreover, you demonstrate a proactive attitude towards staying updated on market trends and customer needs.
