As Chief B2B Sales Officer at DCC Energi, you will lead the charge in executing the companys B2B sales strategy across industrial, transport, agricultural, and commercial sectors in a role that combines operational tasks with strategic responsibilities. You will define the path for revenue growth and market expansion while aligning sales efforts with broader business objectives. Working closely with peers in B2C, Business Development, and Operations, you will turn strategic ambition into commercial impact. Your key responsibilities will include managing and strengthening key client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering best-in-class customer experiences. Furthermore, you will oversee the integration of sales and customer service functions, monitor market trends, and continuously adapt strategies to stay ahead in a competitive and evolving landscape. Most importantly, you will foster a high-performing sales culture rooted in innovation, collaboration, and customer focus.

Highly experienced B2B sales profile with excellent leadership skills

To succeed in this role, you possess a masters degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field, and you bring a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing complex sales processes, and fostering long-lasting customer relationships. Alternatively, you are an accomplished sales leader with a solid strategic skill set including specific sales methods, now ready to take the next step in your career. You have a strong understanding of financial management based on direct responsibility for budgets and P&L, where you have ensured that financial targets are met. Additionally, you are a strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies as well as leading key account managers and sales teams.
