#889 - Infor / EDI Exchange Analyst

We are seeking a talented and experienced Infor LN EDI Exchange and ION integration Support
Analyst to join our IT team. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and
working with the business team to resolve IT EDI and integrations related support tickets. You
will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze business
processes, and translate them into effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in LN ERP cloud product and supporting applications. Experience with infor
EDI Exchange, Workflow creation & management, ION setup & support and Monitor creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance, development, support, and training to end-users and
  other IT staff members on Infor EDI Exchange system usage, best practices, and
  troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop internal and external integrations within company applications and
  external TP (Trading Partners) using ION, SFTP, APIs and automated emails.
• Document technical designs, development activities, configurations, and customizations
  for knowledge sharing, training, and future reference.
• Collaborate with business analysts, end-users, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define specifications, and design solution architectures.
• Keep abreast of the latest updates, patches, and releases for Infor ERP solutions, and
  apply necessary updates and enhancements to optimize functionality and security.
• Adhere to established development methodologies, coding standards, and IT
  governance policies to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance in all deliverables.

Requirements

• +B2 Upper intermediate English level or higher.
• +4 in LN cloud suite support and development, with a focus on Infor
  ERP and EDI solutions (such as Infor LN, ION, EDI Exchange and other related
  products).
• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies commonly used in Infor development, such as SQL, EDI, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices relevant toERP systems (e.g., manufacturing & distribution) is a plus.
