We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Software Engineer (AWS) to join our growing global team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy modern cloud-native applications and infrastructure solutions on AWS. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative software solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong cloud engineering expertise with hands-on software development experience and a passion for emerging technologies, including Generative AI.

Requirements:

  • Native Spanish or Portuguese language.
  • Advanced English level (B2/C1) to ensure fluent communication.
  • +5 years of experience working as a Software Engineer.
  • +4 years of experience expertise with AWS cloud services.
  • Strong experience writing, reviewing, and deploying code using modern languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Go, React, Angular, TypeScript, and Python.
  • Technical background in application development and modern software architecture.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI technologies.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation.
  • Experience working in client-facing roles within consulting or professional services environments.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with testing and automation.
  • Experience with UI/UX principles and modern frontend practices.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications and services on AWS.
  • Build scalable and secure backend and frontend solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation processes.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
  • Contribute to project delivery across multiple customer engagements.
  • Integrate innovative technologies and modern engineering practices into development workflows.
  • Support testing, monitoring, performance optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Stay current with cloud technologies, software engineering trends, and Generative AI advancements.
