#980 - Sr. Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale cloud migration project involving the transition from Google Workspace to the Microsoft ecosystem. This role requires an experienced leader who can effectively manage cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain clear communication with both internal stakeholders and a US-based client.

While experience with Google and Microsoft cloud environments is highly valued, strong leadership and communication skills are the most important qualifications for this role.

Requirements:

• Native-level Portuguese.
• Advanced English with the ability to communicate fluently with US-based clients.
• +5 years of Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager leading complex technology projects.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Certifications on Management: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
• Understanding of Microsoft technologies and cloud environments sufficient to manage technical teams and project execution (hands-on technical expertise is not required).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a large-scale migration project from Google Workspace to Microsoft solutions.
• Keep the integration project on track and drive accountability across stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure all project teams remain aligned, accountable, and on schedule.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication with US-based clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical teams, remove blockers, and drive project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Foster collaboration across technical and business teams throughout the migration lifecycle.

Nice-To-Have:

• Experience managing cloud migration projects, particularly involving Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with both Google and Microsoft cloud ecosystems.
• Experience in the shipping or maritime industry is a strong plus.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams.
