Marketing Leadership & Events Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Leadership & Events Specialist to join Venon.ai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand growth, community engagement, and high-impact event execution. 

You will lead marketing initiatives, shape our brand presence, and design memorable experiences that connect audiences with Venon.ai's vision.

Requirements:

• B2+ English level for fluent communication with global teams and stakeholders.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a strong leadership background.
• Proven experience in field marketing, events, and demand generation.
• Experience in roles such as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Senior Event Marketing Manager.
• Strong experience planning and executing high-impact events (conferences, trade shows, executive events).
• Background in tech, SaaS, IT services, or AI-driven companies.
• Experience working with or marketing AI solutions (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data/Automation).
• Strong alignment with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Experience working with North American or global markets.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring ROI and campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overall marketing and field marketing strategy.
• Plan and lead event-driven marketing initiatives to generate pipeline and brand awareness.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Own demand generation strategies across channels (events, digital, partnerships).
• Manage end-to-end execution of events: from planning to post-event follow-up and ROI analysis.
• Build and optimize messaging, positioning, and go-to-market campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners.
• For leadership roles: build, lead, and scale marketing and events teams.
