#908 - ISO 20000 Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an ISO 20000 Implementation Specialist to establish and maintain IT service management processes in compliance with ISO 20000. This role ensures high-quality service delivery and aligns IT operations with best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Implement IT service management processes according to ISO 20000 standards.

• Audit, document, and improve IT service processes.

• Train internal teams on compliance and best practices.

• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure service quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing ISO 20000.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices.

• Experience in healthcare, finance/insurance is a plus.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
