We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for Microsoft-based environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft products, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure reliable and efficient IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for Microsoft technologies and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Assist with device management using Intune / Endpoint Manager.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Documents incidents, solutions, and procedures in the ticketingsystem
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams whennecessary.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English language (B2 Level or higher) is a must.
- Proven experience in IT Support / Technical Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft server environments.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.
- Basic knowledge of Azure services and cloud concepts.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
