#922 - Business Analyst (AI Products)

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development and evolution of AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, understood, and delivered using Agile best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced English level (B2 or higher).
• Upper-Intermediate French level or Higher is a must.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working on AI or AI-driven products.
• Strong background collaborating with IT and software development teams.
• Solid understanding of Jira and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and AI model lifecycle concepts.
• Certifications in Business Analysis or Agile frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with IT and Development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support the design, development, and optimization of AI-based products.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage and track requirements, user stories, and tasks using Jira.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and product delivery throughout the development lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional and multilingual teams.
