We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our clients IT support team in the Health Care industry, in Bogota, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting Windows-based systems, experience with printers and help desk operations, and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals.

Requirements:

  • Fluent communication in English (B2 level or Higher).
  • At least 2 years of technical support and troubleshooting skills on Windows PCs and basic Networking skills.
  • Experience with Printers and Help Desk Support.
  • Knowledge of various Operating Systems like Windows 10, 11 Pro.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A degree or certification in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.
  • Availability to start working on the role by the end of August is a huge plus.
