Requirements:

English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Over 4 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer, with a solid background in designing and executing automated test scripts.
Proficient in JavaScript and Python for automation scripting and test development.
3+ years of hands-on experience using Selenium and/or Cypress.
Practical experience working within Agile frameworks, especially Scrum, in cross-functional teams.
Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; clear, concise, and structured communication.
Familiar with Docker, Git, and Bitbucket for version control and continuous integration workflows.
Skilled in using tools such as Jira, Xray, and Zephyr for defect tracking and test case management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on debugging, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
A proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a quality-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks and scripts using Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Conduct performance testing to identify potential bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases, incorporating them into the automation test suite.
Continuously improve test coverage, identify gaps, and implement test strategies to minimize defects.
Support and participate in various testing efforts such as regression testing, functional testing, and integration testing as needed.
