#935 - Jenzabar Specialist

Job Opportunity only available for professionals in Latin America.

We are looking for a Jenzabar Specialist to support, configure, and optimize Jenzabar systems used across higher education operations. This role combines functional knowledge and technical expertise, working closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure efficient system usage, integrations, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Jenzabar SIS/ERP modules (e.g. Student Records, Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Billing).
• Provide functional and technical guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements from academic and administrative departments and translate them into system configurations.
• Develop and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards using Jenzabar tools and SQL.
• Troubleshoot system issues, analyze root causes, and coordinate resolutions.
• Support data integrations between Jenzabar and other systems (CRM, LMS, HR, Finance).
• Participate in data migration and system upgrades, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams as needed.

Requirements

• Advanced English level for fluent communication. B2 or higher.
• Proven experience working with Jenzabar products (Jenzabar One, CX, EX, SONIS, or similar).
• Experience with SQL, reporting, and data analysis.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of higher education administrative processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems in production environments.
• Good communication skills
