We're seeking a skilled n8n Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain automated workflows using n8n. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API integrations, workflow orchestration, and automation across various SaaS platforms. You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency by building reliable automation pipelines and integrating internal and third-party systems.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced English level to ensure fluent communication on a daily basis (B2/C1).
  • Strong experience working with n8n or similar automation platforms.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Experience integrating tools such as CRMs, databases, email platforms, and SaaS tools.
  • Basic to intermediate JavaScript for custom workflow logic.
  • Experience working with HTTP requests and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys).
  • Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document automation workflows clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Docker and self-hosting n8n.
  • Familiarity with Node.js.
  • Experience integrating AI tools, messaging platforms, or marketing. automation tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience working with workflow versioning and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using n8n.
  • Integrate various APIs, databases, and third-party tools into automation pipelines.
  • Build scalable workflows for business processes such as lead generation, CRM updates, data synchronization, notifications, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows.
  • Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for workflows.
  • Work with teams to understand automation needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows and integrations.
  • Ensure automation reliability, security, and performance.
