GTM & Growth Strategy Leader

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven GTM & Growth Strategy Leader to join Venon.ai. In this role, you will define and execute go-to-market plans, identify growth opportunities, and drive scalable acquisition strategies. 

You'll work cross-functionally to position Venon.ai effectively, optimize customer journeys, and unlock new channels for expansion.

Requirements:

• B2+ English level for fluent communication with global teams and clients.
• 5+ years of experience in GTM, growth, sales, or strategy roles (depending on seniority).
• Strong experience in Go-To-Market strategy and execution.
• Background in tech, SaaS, IT services, or AI-driven companies.
• Experience working with or selling AI solutions (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data/Automation).
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Experience working with North American or global markets.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing offerings.
• Identify growth opportunities across target markets and segments.
• Align sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue outcomes.
• Build and optimize GTM playbooks, positioning, and messaging.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine growth strategies.
• Drive pipeline generation and support revenue acceleration initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to define expansion and scaling strategies.
• For leadership roles: build, lead, and scale GTM and growth teams.
