#928 - Platform Engineer (Azure)

Job Opportunity available for professionals located only in Latin America.

We're looking for a Platform Engineer specialized in Azure to join our client in the health-care industry. In this role, you'll design, build, and support secure, scalable cloud and hybrid platforms that enable critical health-care systems and services. You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure high availability, compliance, and reliability across our Azure and on-premises environments, directly contributing to solutions that support patient care and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Advanced English level (B2 or Higher) for fluent, direct communication with the client.
• 3/5 years of professional experience working as a Platform Engineer.
• Proficiency in Azure infrastructure management with Bicep based IaC and GitHub actions deployment procedures.
• Familiarity with Azure networking support (Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, NSG).
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID support (users, groups, App Registrations, Enterprise Apps).
• On-premises VMware management with vCenter and PowerCLI.
• On-premises server support (Active Directory, ADManager, Exchange, SCCM).
• Tech Stack that is a must: Azure and Entra ID, VMware, Active Directory Domain Services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud and hybrid infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and on-premises VMware environments, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, and automate deployment pipelines through GitHub Actions to support consistent and reliable platform delivery.
• Administer and support Azure networking components, including Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, and Network Security Groups (NSGs), to ensure secure and optimized connectivity between cloud and on-premises systems.
• Manage identity and access services by administering Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, application registrations, and enterprise applications, following security and compliance best practices.
