We're seeking an experienced FP&A Opex Lead (Consultant) to support both the operational management of Opex and the strategic transformation of financial processes.

This project-based role balances hands-on financial management responsibilities with leading initiatives to assess, optimize, and modernize Opex workflows.

The ideal candidate will combine strong FP&A expertise with a transformation mindsetthriving in a dynamic environment that demands precision, collaboration, and forward thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Financial Management
  • Opex Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Opex across multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Build, maintain, and distribute key financial models, dashboards, and reports to track Opex performance and highlight actionable insights.
  • Decision Support: Partner with department leaders and finance executives to provide analysis and recommendations on Opex spending, trends, and cost optimization.
  • Data Management: Ensure accuracy and integrity of Opex data, including allocations, updates, and reconciliations for finance and business stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Support accounting teams during month-end close (allocations, accruals, variance analysis) to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English level language (B2 or Higher).
  • More than 3 years of experience with finance background (FP&A, Opex, budgeting, forecasting, etc.).
  • Advanced degree or certification (CPA, CFA, MBA) preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage both day-to-day financial operations and strategic process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning), advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA), and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience leading or contributing to FP&A transformation projects or process standardization efforts.
    • Background in consulting or large enterprise FP&A functions, managing Opex workflows and strategic initiatives.
    • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to balance operational rigor and strategic thinking.

    Nice to have

    • SaaS Experience
    • Revenue Exposure (nice to have).
    • Experience using financial planning tools (Anaplan, Board, Pigment, etc.)
    • Proficiency / Expertise in PowerBI
