#902 - Video Editor (AI)

This is a role to work with an AI company pushing the boundaries of what's possible in audiovisual storytelling. From generative content to intelligent video automation, they build tools and projects that help creators, brands, and teams produce content faster and smarter. 

We're looking for a Video Editor with AI experience who is excited to blend creative storytelling with cutting-edge AI workflows.

Required Skills:

• Advanced English level (B2/C1) for fluent communication through diverse teams.
• Proven experience of +4/5 years of experience as a Video Editor / Designer in fields such as video editing or areas related to video design or post-production.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Experience implementing AI in video editing with tools such as Runway ML, Pika, Kaiber, etc.
• Familiarity with AI avatars and voice synthesis (e.g., Synthesia, ElevenLabs) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of video editing principles, motion design, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with AI video tools and platforms.
• Creative vision and ability to translate ideas into visual motion.
• Light technical skills (e.g., prompt engineering, working with APIs or templates) are a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• Edit product demos, explainer videos, interviews, ads, and social media content.
• Ensure final videos meet brand guidelines, tone, and audience needs.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into editing processes (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Descript, Runway, Pika, D-ID, etc.).
• Automate tasks like subtitling, background removal, voice cleanup, and rough cuts.
• Work closely with designers, marketers, and AI engineers to bring ideas to life.
• Translate complex AI concepts into engaging visual stories.
• Experiment with AI-generated visuals, avatars, or voiceovers when relevant.
• Use generative tools (e.g., DALL·E, Midjourney, Runway) to create or supplement video assets like backgrounds, transitions, or B-roll.
• Create quick video mockups or concept pieces using AI tools to pitch ideas or test variations.
