#930 - Oracle ERP Specialist

Job Opportunity only available for professionals located in Latin America.

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle ERP Specialist to support, configure, and optimize our Oracle ERP environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring system stability, improving business processes, and supporting users across core ERP modules.

Requirements:

• Advanced English level (B2 or Higher) for directly communication with the client.
• More than 4 years of proven experience working with Oracle ERP (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM, or related modules).
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and system configuration.
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  

Nice to Have:

• Oracle certification(s).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Exposure to ERP implementations or major upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and support Oracle ERP modules to meet business needs.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Support ERP upgrades, patches, and integrations with other systems.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on process improvements and projects.
