We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our AI team and work on analytical, operational, and client-facing/internal projects. This role requires strong technical skills in Python and SQL, experience working in a cloud environment (Azure), and the ability to translate data into clear insights for both internal teams and clients.

You will work closely with the AI Engineering/Architecture team, and business stakeholders, helping turn raw data into actionable intelligence.

Required Skills

  • Advanced English level for fluent communication (B2 Level or Higher).
  • More than 4 years of experience writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries.
  • Performing data analysis using Python in real-world scenarios.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, such as data storage, databases, or analytics services.
  • Extensive use of JOINs across multiple tables.
  • Proficiency with window functions for analytical calculations.
  • Strong understanding of aggregations and grouping.
  • Experience with subqueries and Common Table Expressions (CTEs).
  • Knowledge of query performance tuning and optimization concepts, including indexing and execution plans.
  • Proficiency with Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and numerical operations.
  • Experience with basic data cleaning and transformation, including handling missing values and data normalization.
  • Ability to structure Jupyter notebooks or Python scripts in a clear, reusable manner for analysis, validation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and working with analytical datasets.
  • Understanding of data pipelines and analytical workflows, even if not directly responsible for building them, with the ability to collaborate effectively with data engineering teams.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, understanding their business context and requirements.
  • Ability to explain complex data insights in a simple, business-friendly way.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple requests

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with analytics in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics or business metrics.
  • Previous experience in consulting or client-facing analytics roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Build and optimize SQL queries for analytics and reporting.
  • Develop data analyses and scripts using Python (pandas, numpy, etc.).
  • Support dashboards, KPIs, and analytical models used by clients.
  • Validate data quality and ensure analytical accuracy.
  • Work directly with clients and stakeholders, understanding business questions and translating them into data analyses.
  • Present insights in a clear, structured, and business-oriented way.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and product teams in a cloud-based (Azure) environment.
