You'll architect robust data pipelines that process millions of player and job signal records, ensuring data quality and reliability across our platform. This role spans both Data Engineering and infrastructure work on GCP.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English level for fluent communication.
  • 6+ years of experience in the IT industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering with expert-level SQL and query optimization.
  • Strong Python programming skills with production experience in Apache Airflow.
  • Proven track record of building scalable data pipelines on Cloud platforms (GCP strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect scalable data pipelines for multi-source data ingestion (5x5, PDL, Wagescape, etc.).
  • Build and optimize complex Airflow DAGs for data orchestration in Cloud Composer.
  • Implement data validation and schema evolution strategies across bronze/silver/golden layers.
  • Build vector indexing pipelines for ML embeddings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep experience with Google BigQuery and Cloud Composer.
  • Experience with Vector Databases and ML embeddings.
  • Knowledge of data streaming technologies (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
  • Familiarity with DBT or similar transformation frameworks.
  • Experience with Terraform or infrastructure as code.
