Qualifications

• B2 English level or higher to ensure fluent communication with stakeholders / teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for device onboarding, configuration, and management.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint Management solutions.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 device setup and support.
• Experience with troubleshooting technical issues across end-user devices.
• Experience working with support ticketing systems and managing backlogs.
• Experience with cloud-based device management platforms.
• Experience providing technical support in a corporate environment.
• Experience with customer communication and end-user interaction.
