We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complex technical issues escalated from L1 and L2 support tiers.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, network security (firewalls), cloud infrastructure, databases, and other enterprise technologies. The L3 Support Engineer will also assist with infrastructure improvements, system integrations, and serve as a technical resource for projects and escalations.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English level to ensure fluent communication (B2 or Higher level).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 2+ years in a Level 3 role.
  • Expert knowledge of Windows OS (client & server editions).
  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and general network security principles.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (certifications are a plus).
  • Proficiency in database management and query optimization (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Act as the final escalation point for all IT support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain and support enterprise environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls and other network security appliances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure upgrades, patch management, and system migrations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, procedures, and support guides.
