#687 - Financial Analyst

• B2 English level (Upper-intermediate) or higher
• Finance or accounting degree with at least 5-10 years of finance/accounting work experience.
• Demonstrate Growth Mindset (proactivity) to explore new technologies to enable innovation
• Skilled individual user in Microsoft Office suite visualization tools Power Bi, automation tools Power App is preferred.
• SAP, JDE experience preferred
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills, able to work in dynamic scenarios.
• Excellent business acumen and attention to detail and keen sense for accuracy
• Outstanding modeling, analytical and quantitative skills, able to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses
• Demonstrated understanding of financial indicators to measure business performance and an ability to summarize business and financial data in a useful manner for planning and decision-making
• Exceptional report modeling and data management skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data and organize in a logical and efficient manner
• Proven ability to lead projects with efficiency, professionalism and with demonstrated trouble shooting/problem solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and produce and coordinate time sensitive deliverables within a fast-paced and dynamic environment with excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate results with multiple audiences
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
• Generate insights into business operations by analyzing unit economics, drivers of variance, and other KPIs
• Support quarterly and annual financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly budget reviews
• Provide analysis of commercial initiatives that have a strategic or financial impact on the business
• Experience in banking or financial companies is preferred
