The role is for an Associate Operations position responsible for day-to-day execution and management of

campaigns. The focus is on supporting media execution teams, particularly in media and paid search. The ideal

candidate should be a generalist with experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and/or Campaign Manager 360. Key

responsibilities include campaign activation and creation within these tools. The position requires strong attention

to detail, teamwork, and flexibility with working hours. The position does not involve planning tasks. Pharma

industry experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day execution and management of campaigns
  • Focus on media and search campaigns, primarily using Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Work with banner advertising using Google's Campaign Manager 360
  • Campaign activation, including creating campaigns within various tools
  • Support the team in multiple areas: media, search, programmatic, and social
  • Manage between 50-200 placements for Campaign Manager 360 campaigns
  • Handle 50,000-100,000 keywords for paid search campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with team members on projects
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with different deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with team members about task progress and workload
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Potentially work with Google Analytics (nice-to-have skill)

Requirements

  • B2 Upper Intermediate English or more
  • Experience with Google Ads/Bing Ads or Campaign Manager 360 is a must
  • Google Analytics experience is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Must be a strong team player}
  • Excel proficiency required
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Tableau is nice to have
  • Pharma industry experience is desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication skills for team collaborationBachelors degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field

Working hours: Full-time EST, fully committed.

- Initial training phase: 4-5 AM to 12-1 PM EST for 6-12 months
