We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in both front-end and back-end technologies to build and enhance sophisticated web applications. You will be responsible for implementing scalable solutions, optimizing existing features, and contributing to the overall architecture of our applications. Responsabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and Node.js.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for robust application functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with relational databases (SQL) and non-relational databases (like DynamoDB and Redis) to manage data effectively.
  • Leverage AWS services such as S3, Lambda, EC2, SQS, ECS, and CloudFront to build and deploy robust applications in a cloud environment.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Implement big data solutions and workflows, utilizing tools such as Apache Airflow when applicable.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and continuously improve application architecture for scalability.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and growth. 
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure the reliability and security of applications.
  • Engage in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for code quality and project management.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience with React and Node.js for web application development.
  • Building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. SQL databases, with proven experience in database design and optimization.
  • AWS stack (S3, Lambda, EC2, SQS, ECS, CloudFront, etc.) as a developer.
  • Proficient in Python for scripting and automation tasks.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB and Redis. 
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and concepts is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Apache Airflow for orchestrating complex workflows is a plus.
  • Experience with serverless architecture and containerization is desirable.
