#773 - Java Developer

Job Opportunity only available for professionals located in the following countries: South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Morocco and Ghana.

Requirements:

• B2 English level (Upper-intermediate) or higher.
• 5+ years experience as Software Engineer working with Java and its last versions (11, 17, 21).
• Expertise working with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, etc.).
• Familiar with Cloud Services; AWS or GCP is preferred.
• Strong experience working with APIs.
• Strong foundation in data structures, design patterns, OOP/OOD and architecture principles.
• Knowledge about Authentication methods (JWT, Ouath2, etc.).
• Experience working with International teams and clients.

Few of the responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code for application development.
• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using the Spring framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
• Participate in the design phase of software development and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs into applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
