Responsibilities

• Gather, organize and analyze data from numerous sources to generate financial models and analysis for private equity investments.
• Prepare financial models and analysis to evaluate the feasibility of all types of private equity investments.
• Prepare internal and external project investment memoranda for various Committees.
• Interact with team members and managers regarding financial analysis and investment memorandum matters.
• Develop and participate in presentations.
• Actively participate in project due diligence.
• Develop and maintain standard pro forma models.
• Conduct industry and market research.
• Prepare ad hoc and specialized analysis as requested.
• Face to face activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• B2 English level (Upper-intermediate) or higher
• Strong analytical background.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (building and proofing financial models).
• Strong quantitative skills.
• Team player, exceptional communication skills and strong ethics
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Formal training in financial modeling and analysis inclu
