We are seeking a seasoned data analytics leader to drive a two-week sprint focused on reconciling inventory and sales data across multiple retail systems, with the goal of identifying theft hotspots and optimizing inventory management. This role will integrate data from SAP ERP, in-house POS systems, and CCTV sources, delivering actionable insights through Power BI dashboards that support loss reduction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics Leadership: Design and execute a two-week sprint to reconcile data, identify theft patterns, and highlight operational inefficiencies.

Data Integration: Work within client systems (SAP, POS, CCTV) to access, process, and reconcile data; support potential migration to Oracle.

Visualization & Reporting: Develop Power BI dashboards and heat maps to visualize theft hotspots and present findings to business stakeholders.

Client Collaboration: Partner with finance and IT teams to align goals, ensuring cost-effective delivery with a clear ROI focus.

Proposal Support: Contribute to project budgets, commercial terms, and potential success-sharing models.

Skills

  • +B2 English Level
  • Consulting Expertise: 7+ years leading data analytics or digital transformation projects in retail, with proven experience in theft detection or inventory reconciliation.
  • Advanced Power BI (dashboards, heat maps).
    Strong SQL for data reconciliation.
  • Python/R for analytics (libraries such as pandas, numpy).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP), POS solutions, and AI/ML applications for CCTV.
  • Demonstrated success in short-cycle projects (e.g., two-week sprints) with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability in ground zero AI environments.
  • Problem-solving across complex organizational challenges.
