#941 - Data Scientist

We're looking for a Data Scientist with strong experience in machine learning, statistical analysis, and big data technologies to help transform large and complex datasets into actionable insights. 

In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical models that support data-driven decision-making and improve business outcomes. 

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with modern data platforms, cloud environments, and scalable data processing tools.

Required Skills:

• B2+ English (Upper-intermediate level) or Higher, for daily communication with the client.
• +3 years of experience working as a Data Scientist.
• Expertise in Programming languages such as Python or R.
• Proficient in various ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Expertise in cleaning, transforming, and preparing large datasets for analysis.
• Ability to effectively communicate insights through data visualizations; Tableau, Power BI.
• Familiarity with distributed computing platforms like Hadoop and Spark for handling massive datasets.
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google AI Platform).
• Experience with ETL processes, feature engineering, and model deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and predictive models to solve business problems.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design and implement data pipelines and data preparation workflows for analytics and modeling.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve algorithms and methodologies.
• Communicate findings and insights through clear data visualizations and reports.
• Support the integration of models into production environments and business applications.
