We're seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in the .NET ecosystem to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications and AI-powered services. The ideal candidate combines software engineering excellence with practical experience in machine learning, generative AI, and cloud-native architectures.

You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and backend engineers to build scalable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise systems.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English level (C1) to ensure fluent communication across the teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development using C# and .NET.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
  • Experience with: Azure AI Services or OpenAI APIs, Vector databases and semantic search, Docker and containerized deployments, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM application development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-powered applications using C# and the .NET platform.
  • Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend systems for AI solutions.
  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and intelligent automation workflows.
  • Deploy and manage AI applications in cloud environments such as Azure.
  • Implement AI model inference, prompt engineering, and evaluation processes.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models.
  • Optimize AI systems for scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.
  • Monitor production AI systems and improve model performance over time.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience building AI copilots or chat-based applications.
  • Knowledge of multi-agent AI systems.
  • Familiarity with embeddings and fine-tuning concepts.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale systems.
