About Us
We're building, a B2B SaaS platform helping beauty and wellness business operate more efficiently and grow We've already onboarded 250+ customers through founder-led sales, and now we're ready to scale.
The product is strong, the market is validated, and we're looking for a Sales Lead to build our revenue engine and own the full sales cycle. If you're a builder ready to own pipeline, close deals, and grow into a leadership role, this could be your launchpad.
What You'll Do
Sales (80%)
- Own the full sales pipeline from prospecting to close
- Build and execute outbound campaigns targeting key ICPs
- Run discovery, demos, and proposals---closing deals in the $5k--$50k MRR range
- Develop and document sales processes (qualification, objection handling, proposals)
- Track and optimize key metrics (conversion rates, deal velocity, win rates)
Customer Success (20%)
- Drive customer onboarding and success check-ins
- Monitor usage metrics and ensure strong adoption
- Flag upsell or expansion opportunities and manage early renewals
- Build and refine lightweight CS playbooks for onboarding, adoption, and renewals
Foundational Work
- Help implement tools and systems (CRM, email automation, reporting)
- Partner with the founder on pricing, packaging, and sales experiments
- Lead the development of GTM playbooks
- Be the bridge between customers and product--surfacing insights that improve what we build
Path to Head of Sales
You'll start as an individual contributor--closing deals, building systems, and proving what works. As we grow:
- You'll help hire SDRs, AEs, or CS reps
- You'll transition into Head of Sales with full team ownership
This role is meant to scale with you.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 2-5 years in B2B SaaS sales (full-cycle experience required)
- Track record of consistently hitting/exceeding quota
- Experience with outbound sales and pipeline generation
- Customer success experience is a plus
