What Youll Do:
- Assist clients in planning and booking trips, cruises, tours, and all-inclusive packages
- Customize vacation itineraries to fit client needs and budgets
- Stay informed on travel trends, deals, and destination requirements
- Use company tools and booking systems (training provided)
- Promote special offers through email or social media

Qualifications:
- No experience required we train you!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for travel and helping others
- Self-motivated and organized
- Must be a US citizen, no exceptions
- Own your own computer
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Speak and understand fluent English
Responsibilities in depth
- Travel Planning: Collaborate with your clientele to cater to their travel preferences and requests. Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, and activities.
- Booking Management: Handle the end-to-end process of booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all reservations.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and address any concerns. Establish and nurture strong relationships with travel partners.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively recognize and resolve any issues that may happen during travel, such as flight delays, lost luggage, cancellations, or changes to itineraries. Provide appropriate, timely and effective resolutions to ensure a positive travel experience for your clients.
- Training: Attend live and online training programs and meetings to earn travel industry certifications to gain knowledge and comprehension in booking travel for clients
- Documentation: Manage all travel-related documentation, including tickets, confirmations, and itineraries. Ensure that clients receive all the necessary information before their journey.
- Travel Trends and Updates: Learn how to stay informed about the global travel trends, regulations, and important travel alerts. Provide your clientele with relevant knowledge and recommendations to enhance their trip of a lifetime by email and follow-up by phone to ensure thorough comprehension
- Social Media and Marketing - Utilize the latest trends in social media to attract, obtain clients and create repeat business.
- Customer Service: Deliver extraordinary customer service to build and maintain repeat business. Address client feedback and continuously seek ways to improve your travel coordination process.
