Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the cruise selection process based on preferences and budget
• Book cabins, excursions, upgrades, and travel insurance
• Stay updated on cruise line promotions, loyalty programs, and perks
• Provide pre- and post-cruise support
• Attend virtual training and webinars from cruise suppliers

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or sales helpful but not required
• Strong phone and email communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Organized with good follow-through
• Computer Savvy
• Must own a computer and have reliable internet connection
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a U.S. or U.K. citizen
• Speak English fLuently
• Be able to learn independently and be teachable
